The published Skill Rubric
What "Practitioner" or "Applied" actually means.
The full rubric the Index, our adaptive platform, and our hiring partners share. Five bands across six dimensions; each cell is a single verb-led description of what a student can demonstrate.

Dimension
Bands are cumulative — Applied includes everything in Practitioner and Foundational. Each dimension is graded independently; a student with an Applied score on Implementation and a Practitioner score on Safety has a Practitioner-band Skill Score overall.
